Yuma Shimane

Yuma is a first year who is absolutely obsessed with fiction media and becomes very absorbed in characters and made up worlds as it provided him a lot of comfort when he was in a heavy slump back in middle school due to being sickly which forced him to take time of school and so he never really had the opportunity to experience a regular social life.
He began making his own fictional demon prince style persona of some kind which is how he chooses to present himself towards other people as his idol persona.
His persona has a lot of lore and is very complex but is essentially a kind of “dark prince” that fell into the underworld or hell after dying as a mortal, this is because Yuma felt that his real self had metaphorically died when he spent all that time focused on his health.
This kinda drove him to become an idol, become something big that everyone would know to make up for how isolated he felt and because regret is his biggest fear.
He ended up getting an idol scholarship and is greatly ambitious to become the best, making him rather overconfident and sometimes arrogant.
He adores the producer and insists that they can treat him like a servant, they don’t of course.
But he also gets horribly jealous and wants people to himself so they can focus their attention on him.“Behold! Shiho Takahashi

Shiho is a very serious and polite first year who is desperate to be on good terms with his upperclassmen and prove himself to them and be useful to them.
He doesn’t really get on with people in his own year as he sees them as competition and believes that they don’t take their work seriously enough, because of this he really struggles with friendship and often isolates himself from classmates, preferring to keep to himself.
His parents drilled it into him that you have to show respect to those older/above you which caused this need of constant approval and validation from his seniors.
Shiho can often be dry and hard to converse with and most of his year think that he’s just a people pleaser that merely wishes to leech off the successes of their upperclassmen. However Shiho genuinely has no other motive as he just finds them easier to get along with and greatly admires them, wishing to be treated like a younger sibling.
He often composes music for potential idol songs and gives them to his upperclassmen, he isn’t greatly confident in his composing abilities but learnt to write music and play piano before he wanted to be an idol.
Shiho’s main ambition towards becoming an idol was to prove his worth in a sense and receive validation from his fans and seniors, he often acts older than he actually is and tries to hold a mature and polite demeanour to those older than him. Realistically he’s quite easily embarrassed and a little childish.
Academically, Shiho has always been average and he’s somewhat given up on trying to prove himself in his studies, frustrated that no matter how much he puts in, nothing changes. Being accepted in such a serious and prestigious idol group like Amaryllis makes him feel incredibly honoured but also incredibly keen not to let them down.

Uta Ishikawa

Image Colour- #f5949f ⬤Uta is very competitive and puts excessive care in everything they do when it comes to idol work, but much less care goes into the person they are outside of being an idol. They are quite reluctant to be trusting towards other idols under the belief that these sorts of relationships will always be superficial. To most people Uta is stubborn, confident and has a very one track mind, despite this they are genuinely worrying towards their peers which often clashes with their standoffish attitude towards others. People often struggle to tell what kind of person Uta is, unfortunately Uta also isn't quite sure of this. They fear abandonment and being alone making them crave friendship but also being worried about friendship and what they should do to keep people around. Uta is kind at heart and far more nice then they like to let on."A self introduction? I can do that! Ryuga Mochikzuki

Image Colour- #5f2e4b ⬤Ryuga is quite an eccentric excitable young man with a passion towards fashion and giving flashy performances that people remember him for. He is quite controversial in the idol industry for being unafraid to wear femenie clothing and makeuup which unfortunatley caused a large group of people to send hate causing him to take a short hiatus for his well being. Ryuga is loud and well liked, he loves to help out other idol groups with their costume designs and he loves to sew. He has a big heart and will go to lengths to make people happy and revels in getting to perform in front of a crowd. Some may describe Ryuga as "chaotic" and "unpredictable". He is very quick to react to things without thinking them through first and can have a quick temper, leading a lot of people to assume he is a delinquent. Ryuga hates being compared to a people pleaser due to his obedient nature and general innocence, these traits got him in a lot of trouble as a first year for blindly trusting people and letting them use him. Ryuga still loves helping others, but such events caused him to develope trust issues but he is always willing to help anyone who asks, just with more caution.

Ayumi Sato

Ayumi works under the fashion course as well as the idol course and shares a similar passion to clothing design to her boyfriend Ryuga, often sewing and customising clothing and also makes her own fashion magazine.
Ayumi really likes vkei and Lolita fashion and often tries to incorporate these styles into her idol costume designs, she loves gothic, creepy/cute aesthetics and is a big fan of ouiji type fashion too.
Ayumi is on the autistic spectrum and was initially worried about going into the idol /production industry, this is something she’s still learning to adapt to, but she was pleasantly surprised at being able to take part in an idol group that was a little weird and different. Ayumi is direct and very to the point, but often overthinks social interaction, so having a living doll themed unit was indirectly quite helpful.
She’s very soft spoken, with a hauntingly sweet singing voice, but not shy as she is part of a podcast program about idols and other subcultures as well as radio dramas.
Ayumi does some modelling work as well as her costume designs and idol work, praised for her care for appearances and commitment to her work.
She’s part of the textiles and podcast club at her school.
She loves cute things but also enjoys things that are a little unsettling, a lot of people find her a little unsettling too, but this is something she works into her idol persona.“Sato Ayumi, I am a member of chiffon and I design most of our costumes”

Naoko Kanamura

Nao is a guy who is willing to be manipulative and unfair in order to get where he wants, he will deliberately do favours for other people so they owe him favours back and can keep people on his good side only to use their help for his own gain and not through wanting to be friends. But he feels really guilty about it afterwards but has decided that’s how the idol industry works and he can’t rely on the people he’s around forever. He looks out for those who might need help to offer it under the pretence of appearing kind and good natured. A serious and cautious individual, sly and rather crafty with a sharp mind. He takes pleasure in strategising behind the scenes and the feeling of being trusted by playing out to be naive and a little all over the place. A chronic perfectionist who gets incredibly bothered by even the tiniest flaws and is very quick to point out other peoples mistakes in his mind as he cannot stand watching other people fail and waste potential, he tells himself this is because he wants worthy competitors since a win that wasn’t challenging to achieve is hardly considered a win at all. Surprisingly, Nao is not as much of a sore loser as people assume, he sees loss as a great opportunity to evaluate and improve however that isn’t to say he is thrilled about losing.
Nao grew up with very distant parents, which were a catalyst towards his perception towards relationships and why he doesn’t seek out genuine ones.“Naoko Kanamura of Amaryllis but you may also recognise me from Solaria which is a somewhat Newley debuted subunit I belong to, a pleasure to meet you.”

Ai Nishiyo

Ai absolutely adores the idea of sharing love and happiness so being an idol really appealed to her, if she could enjoy something and simultaneously make others happy then that’s she is set on doing. She had a somewhat difficult time trying to convince her at the time cynical girlfriend Uta to join her but there wouldn’t be anyone else she’d rather pursue a life of happiness with.
Ai is very popular and well liked outside of her idol career, she volunteers and often goes out of her way to help others, dragging Uta along in the process. She loves Uta the most though and knows her better than anyone else.
Contrary to what a lot of people assume due to her popularity, Ai isn’t a trend setter or a trend jumper, she cares very deeply for certain important interests that she devotes a lot of time into, anything she decides she “loves” she will go to lengths to make even more special.
Ai fears losing the things important her as she understands that nothing lasts forever and has also struggled a lot with relationships just falling apart and growing distant and never understanding why.
Ai has also had private school education for her whole life, although grateful, she somewhat blames her family for keeping her so protected from the real world.

Koharu Miyasaki

Koharu describes herself as a mix of alternative and gyaru, an avid fan of both fashion styles which both influence her own costume designs.
She loves hardcore rock music, but then also loves classical music , so most of her interests collide and she’s very indecisive with what she likes the most.
Personality wise, Koharu is very unsure about everything and is more of a “in the moment” kind of person, she has no genuine idea about what she wants to do and “just rolls with it” as she says.
She’s carefree and believes that life shouldn’t be something you make decisions on, just do what you want when you want how you want, she believes life shouldn’t be restrictive in any matter which makes her somewhat careless and irresponsible.
She’s a friend to everyone she can be and whilst she may not give the best advice, she’s great at giving people a “boost” and prides herself on being able to make any situation a fun one.
Koharu grew up with a lot of younger siblings and that formed her desire to not really be a “role model” because deep down she understands that she can’t fix every situation and make it fun, but rather just a friend that can cheer people up even if it’s just temporary, however she isn’t really sure about how she can describe this.
Unfortunately her good intentions can backfire on her when people think she’s brushing off their struggles and combined with her tendency to get snappy in heated situations, she sometimes falls out with people.
Koharu is currently studying a fashion course and a music course where idols came to visit her school and she decided it seemed like something fun to try.
Koharu enjoys her alternative idol group and believes that this is a commitment and not something she’s just “trying out.”
